RESERVING YOUR APPOINTMENT(S)

A valid credit card may be needed to secure appointment(s). Please also see cancellation policy below.

MEDICAL CONDITIONS

Guests with medical conditions are advised to consult their doctors before booking any spa services.  Please be sure to inform your technician(s) of any existing medical conditions prior to your service(s).  Spa services are provided for general purposes only and are not intended to be a substitute for professional medical treatment for any condition, medical or otherwise, that guests may have.  

ARRIVAL & LATE ARRIVAL

Your time with us is precious, and treatments begin promptly when scheduled.  Please take full advantage of your visit by coming in early to relax and enjoy our spa. Although we will do our best to accommodate late arrivals, we can not infringe upon the next guest's time.

CANCELLATIONS

We require 24-hours notice to cancel a single appointment, and 48-hours notice for multiple service appointments.  Failure to cancel within outlined time frame will result in your card on file being charged full prices. Additionally, you may be asked to prepay for future appointments.

ELECTRONIC DEVICES

The spa is an environment of relaxation and tranquility for all our guests. Please turn off mobile devices including phones, tablets, and pagers.

FOOD & BEVERAGE

Please do not bring food into the spa. You are welcome to help yourself to complimentary snacks and beverages at our snack bar.

CHILDREN

The spa is a place where our adult guests come to rest and recharge their batteries.  So please make babysitting arrangements in advance and come enjoy the spa without your little ones.  Children under the age of 11 are not permitted in treatment areas, or left unattended in the lobby.

SERVICES & PRICES

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services on our menu or increase/decrease pricing on treatments without prior notification. In this instance, every effort will be made to notify you of a change, but if you have any questions, please ask when booking your appointment.

SERIES PACKAGES

We offer many of our most popular treatments in a discounted series package. You prepay for several of the same service at once and receive a discounted price. Visits may be shared with family/friends and are valid for 12-months from date of purchase. Series are non-refundable.

GIFT CARDS & ONLINE GIFT CERTIFICATES

Gift cards and online gift certificates are available in any denomination and may be redeemed for Balance Spa services or products.  They must be presented for payment at the time of service, either the physical gift card or a printed copy of the on-line gift certificate. Digital pictures or copies are not accepted.  Gift cards and online gift certificates cannot be replaced if lost or stolen, are non-refundable, may not be used for gratuities, and may not be redeemed for cash.

PAYMENT

We accept American Express, Master Card, Visa, Discover, most debit cards, cash, and Balance Spa gift cards. We do not accept personal checks.

PRODUCT RETURNS

A merchandise credit will be issued for products returned within 14 days of purchase, providing there is proof of purchase, products are in their original packaging, and no more than 20% used.
